A lifelong love of homes and the stories they hold led Aubry Kaigler to pursue real estate with Windermere Realty Trust. His interest began as a child, riding along with his parents as they excitedly pointed out houses they admired, even when buying one was just a dream. Those moments shaped his belief that a home is not just where people live, but where connection, comfort, and life’s most meaningful memories unfold.
Before entering real estate, Aubry spent 17 years teaching elementary school, working with students in grades three through six. Teaching taught him patience, empathy, and how to build lasting trust. Today, he brings that same calm guidance and thoughtful communication to helping clients navigate buying or selling a home. Aubry understands that every client’s journey is different, and he is passionate about making the process feel clear, supported, and positive.
Aubry has lived in Portland most of his life and proudly calls North Portland home, where he lives near the University of Portland with his family. Being part of a close-knit neighborhood, and living across the street from extended family, has strengthened his belief in the power of community and finding a place where you truly belong. He is also a proud dad of two children and considers fatherhood one of the greatest joys of his life.
Outside of real estate, Aubry enjoys biking around Portland, playing music with his band, cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers, and playing Magic: The Gathering, a fantasy strategy card game he enjoys for its creativity and problem-solving. Clients often appreciate Aubry’s warmth, humor, and genuine care, along with his commitment to building relationships that last well beyond the transaction.
